The rooms at the hotel are very cosy and spacious, exceeding expectations, perfect for a family stay. However, some maintenance issues like non-working light bulbs and a faulty safe box were disappointing, along with cleanliness concerns in the bathrooms. The hotel staff's professionalism fell short of a 5-star standard.

The hotel is somewhat detached in a quiet area near the Haram, avoiding heavy traffic. The rooms were small and not clean, with old furniture and too many beds. Some service staff were helpful, but room cleaning was inconsistent. The location offers good shuttle service to the Haram. The dining options were limited, especially for breakfast.

The hotel offers luxurious rooms that are clean and spacious, although there have been occasional unpleasant odors. The property boasts fantastic views, but some rooms face other buildings, detracting from the experience.

I found the hotel very convenient as it made me feel I was only 2 minutes away from Al-Haram. The rooms were really comfortable, but there were cleanliness issues as I found the previous guest's clothes in the dressing room, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Additionally, the rooms were not ready by 4:30 pm.

My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed for our 5-night stay. The service, especially from the Indian staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot, was very helpful and accommodating, particularly during Ramadan and Hajj. The location was superb, just 5 minutes from Masjid Haram with frequent shuttle services. However, the dining experience was subpar, with limited options and tasteless dishes.
